Hot Oil Heat Transfer System
Hot Oil Heat Transfer System provides indirect temperature control by circulating fluid through the process equipment, resulting in more accurate control of the process temperature, indirect control allows the process to be heated and cooled using the same heat transfer fluid.

1.Rated 18KW, 480V, 3PH for a maximum continuous bulk medium temperature of 550 Deg. F.
2.Equipped with air-cooled centrifugal pump generating up to 35GPM at 120'TDH, with a 3 HP TEFC motor, 6"-150 lb.
3.Flanged immersion heater rated 18KW with NEMA 12 enclosure, 1-1/2" 150# flanged process connections, remote mounted 18 gallon Expansion Tank.
4.Skid mounted NEMA 12 Control Center featuring a PID temperature controller, SCR's, and motor starter, non wicking cellular glass insulation with Aluminum jacketing.
